The minimum withdrawal at gk9 is RM50 for most methods. The maximum daily withdrawal limit depends on your KYC level and VIP membership status — the standard limit is RM10,000 per day, while VIP members enjoy higher limits. A withdrawal may be rejected or delayed for several reasons:
  • KYC incomplete — identity verification documents required
  • Bonus rollover requirement has not been fully met

No. gk9 policy requires that withdrawals can only be made to a bank account registered under the same name as the gk9 account holder. This is a security and compliance measure to prevent money laundering and protect our members. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
